Today, our school community gathered to enjoy a truly special event - our Children’s Storytelling Showcase. It was a wonderful celebration of imagination, creativity, confidence, and the unique voices of our pupils.
We were honoured to welcome Liz Weir, whose skill, encouragement, and passion for storytelling have inspired our children throughout her time with us. Liz has helped them not only love stories, but also tell them - with expression, bravery, and joy. We are deeply grateful for her influence and for the magic she brings to every session.
This celebration reflects the heart of our school ethos. We are committed to being a welcoming and nurturing community, where every child grows in confidence, feels a sense of belonging, and develops a lifelong love of learning. Today, we saw our values in action - children speaking proudly, encouraging one another, and sharing stories shaped by curiosity, kindness, and creativity.
