PTFA News and Upcoming Events

22nd Oct 2018

The new school year brings us into a second year for our PTFA and we look forward to creating even more fantastic opportunities for our kids to enjoy!

After the success of last year’s Hallowe'en Disco we can’t wait for Friday 26th October to do it all again. Like last year we’re bringing in the professionals … our Hallowe'en Party hosts Paul and Micheala will be returning to get the party well and truly started! Everyone can come to school in fancy dress - even the Teachers!

Whilst most kids will follow the theme of Hallowe'en, we could have been forgiven for thinking we had landed in Hogwarts last year as Harry Potter and his friends were out in force! You can be as creative as you like with the costumes, but we would ask that there’s nothing too scary as we don't want to terrify the younger kids and definitely NO Clowns!!

There will be prizes awarded for fancy dress and everyone will get a goody bag. Entry to the disco is £2 per child which will help to cover the cost of this event. Parents/Carers are welcome to bring younger siblings and friends along to join in the fun. The Disco is from 10.30-11.30 and is a fantastic way to finish for the half term holidays.

Save the date!!

Our events last year focused on the kids and family fun. This next event is for the grown-ups. On Thursday 22nd November we will be hosting a ‘Food and Mood’ event from 7.00-8.30pm in the Primary school. More details to follow soon.
