Primary 7 Shared Education at W5

Today the Primary 7 children travelled to W5 to participate in a Coding workshop with children from our partner schools: St Ciaran's and Bushvalley.

The children enjoyed programming to write their name on screen, create images and even play rock, paper scissors against their device.

Whilst at W5, the children also had the opportunity to try out a bit of civil engineering, designing the tallest tower using paper and art straws - they demonstrated some impressive problem solving and creativity during this activity. Maybe we have some civil engineers of the future amongst us.
