Our school pledges to promote the Take 5 Steps to Wellbeing within our school environment. Our commitment to Take 5 will be visible to all staff and pupils with participation encouraged through a supportive environment.
We were delighted to welcome our friends from Bushvalley Primary School to our school for their next Shared Education session. After arriving, everyone enjoyed snack time together followed by some free play in the playground. Inside the children developed their ICT skills using Scratch programming to code and animate their names. They worked through four fun challenges, making the letters jump, spin and change colour, showing fantastic teamwork and problem solving throughout. To finish the day they took a lovely walk to the beach to share our beautiful surroundings before heading back to school for lunch and saying goodbye as our visitors travelled home. A wonderful day was had by all.
