Mental Wellbeing Workshop

Today the Primary 6&7 took part in an online mental wellbeing workshop.
They had a chance to discuss their fears, share their worries and explore strategies to help them if they are feeling anxious.

It was a very beneficial experience for the children and hopefully will equip them with the tools to support them moving forward.
