Making Payments on ParentPay

A gentle reminder for using ParentPay and paying for School Meals or Snack items: 

  • Please go into your ParentPay app to allocate money to your School Meals or Snacks (under Other)
  • You need to ensure that you have assigned money within your account to each of your children’s Snacks or School Meals section as they are under separate areas within the app. The Snacks area will only allow a maximum of £3.00 in total
  • The money will then come off each balance and you will be able to keep a check on how much remains each day or week
  • You may find that although you have money in your main account, you still owe money in either Snacks or Meals sections as these are separate areas within the account and you will need to transfer money to them specifically
  • Please phone the school if you are unsure about any of the above.
