Fresh Little Minds

P.4 and P.5 children are enjoying the Fresh Little Minds Programme. They are learning breathing techniques and action songs to help them feel calm and relaxed.They have also been thinking about the special anchor people in their lives who make them feel safe and loved. At the end of each session the children are given time to lie on the floor in a comfortable position to unwind … they particularly enjoy this quiet, still time when they are no distractions and they are lost in their own thoughts.
