Primary Two and Three came back from the long weekend to find the caterpillars had emerged form their cocoons.
There was great excitement, the butterflies were absolutely beautiful. The children spent the day watching them feed on fruit. They were then released out in our wildflower garden to feed on the plants. We still have one more to emerge so hopefully it will appear in the next few days and we will be able to watch it.
