What a fantastic day for some of our Primary 1 & 2 children today in school - learning to ride their bikes with no stabilisers!
A sincere thanks to Johnny and Donna from Sustrans, who supported our children expertly, guiding them patiently through each step of the process.
Some of our children were not just ready yet for cycling with no stabilisers, but with a little bit more practice and support from parents, I have no doubt that they will be cycling too.
I hope all of our children enjoy their weekend on two wheels.
