Our girls enjoyed an amazing day of camogie today at Loughgiel GAC displaying super skills and determination.
In the group stages the girls won 5 of their 7 games, as well as drawing 1 game and losing 1 game narrowly to the eventual champions. This was enough to qualify for the cup competition.
Unfortunately, our girls were defeated after extra time by 1 point, bringing our games to an end. However, there was consolation finishing joint third out of 16 teams.
We are very proud of the achievements of all of our girls today. Undoubtedly, they have promising futures ahead of them.
