Today we said an emotional farewell to Miss McQuillan, as she prepares for retirement. Miss McQuillan has been a much respected teacher for 35 years in St Patrick's, contributing positively to the learning of hundreds of children over the years.
She has been a positive role model not only to our children but also for her colleagues. She has displayed exceptional dedication and commitment to our school and she will be sorely missed.
During her time in our school, Miss McQuillan has taken on various leadership roles including Special Needs Coordinator, Literacy Coordinator, Designated Teacher for Safeguarding and Children, as well as teacher representative on the Board of Governors.
We would like to wish Miss McQuillan lots of happiness and good health in her retirement, and remind her that she will always be welcome in St Patrick's.
