All County Hurling Champions

A huge congratulations to our Primary 6 & 7 hurlers who won the All County indoor hurling championship today. An absolutely fantastic achievement for the boys and for our school, and follows on from their success in the North Antrim competition earlier this year. This is the first time in recent memory that St Patrick's has won this competition.

The boys won games against Mount St Michael's, Randalstown and Our Lady Queen of Peace, Belfast. They displayed excellent skill, determination and sportsmanship, and they were certainly worthy winners on the day.

A special thank you to Philip Leech for driving the boys to today's tournament; it is greatly appreciated.
