Highlights from week three in P1 and P2
Primary One and Two were really busy this week and sent me the most amazing collection of photographs and videos. Unfortunately there was just too much to upload so I have a picked highlights from both classes. They are continuing to work hard with their writing, spelling, reading and number work. One Primary One child sent me a fantastic video showing him completing his spelling test on his whiteboard on the Friday. This was an excellent way of me seeing how well he was doing. Lots of children also sent videos of them reading their books. They are all coming on so well as a result of their hard work.
Well done to all those children who took part in the bird watch and drew or made some amazing pictures using collage of their chosen local bird. A more exotic parrot even sneaked in on one of those pirate ships!
There were great adventures in the snow recorded with writing, photographs and pictures. It was certainly a fun and exciting distraction for many. Other talents were explored with a ukulele lesson, baking, jigsaw building, cosmic yoga, painting and much more. Ronan had a particularly exciting week when he had his first tooth fall out and a generous visit from the tooth fairy. Keep it up everyone and thank you again for all your amazing communication and hard work.
